DOMAIN NAME PROBLEM!!

A few days ago I bought a domain name from WordPress and mapped it to account for €18, it still isn’t in my ‘domains’ to chose from nor is it even in my purchase history, but I have the receipt. Help

Hey, since you replied ‘pixelpizza.org’ has been coming up in my domains on wordpress, didn’t need to try and register it again (nor can I), yesterday I made it my primary, however both typing in ‘pixelpizza.org’ or clicking on the link for it under “My Site” just brings me to an error page saying “server DNS address could not be found.”

It is because there is mapping for pixelpizza.org under your account, but it is not registered. Go ahead and solely purchase registration and you should be good to go. You still have the paid credits under your account to pay for it. Let me know if you have any trouble with that.

now it just says “pixelpizza.org is taken.” when i search for it to buy, should I be trying to purchase registration somewhere else aside from the ‘Domains’ tab?

Looks like the problem is that the domain pixelpizza.org is still in the reactivation period with the registrar eNom:

http://www.enom.com/kb/kb/kb_1487-last-chance-renew.htmWhen you initially tried to purchase the domain through us on March 10th, it shouldn’t have even shown up as available. I’m not sure what caused it to appear available for a time, but it was likely something involving that domain transitioning to this ‘reactivation period’ status.
Showing up as not available now is appropriate given it status.
I’ve refunded your $18 charge back to your credit card and removed the WordPress.com credits.
If you were the previous owner of pixelpizza.org through eNom (or one of their resellers,) I’d recommend renewing the domain through where you first purchased it.
Otherwise, you can continue to wait for the domain to finish going through its delete process, and purchase it when it becomes available to the public again. From the information available, I do not know when that will be – I’d recommend checking weekly.

Hello team, I bought a domain name (christ-herald.com) from godaddy today after which i went on to buy a premium web hosting plat with you guys only to realise that the domain name need to be mapped to that of wordpress. I dont know how to go about it pls can someone help me asap?
