Domain name problem?
-
I’ve had two domain names, neither of which work to take anyone to my blog. The first I deleted intentionally because someone else had a blog by the same name (orderofthingswordpress.wordpress.com) and my current one (crooked creek2016.wordpress.com) doesn’t take one to the blog. I have spent days setting up my blog which I actually like and am eager to begin posting on. Can you help?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello –
I’m happy to help you :)
By default, your blog posts will post to the home page of your site. If you set your site up with a static home page, then you’d need to reassign your blog posts to another page.
Right now, your blog posts are designated to publish on the Blog page.
From your menu, click Blog. This is where your posts will be displayed.
It looks like you still need to publish your first post.crookedcreek.live is your primary domain. Anytime a user visits crookedcreek2016.wordpress.com it will automatically redirect to the primary domain.
Let me know if I can help out with any other questions!

Thank you so much. I will work on this using this info. At this point I have had three domains, even upgrading to try to fix my problem. A “Happiness Engineer”! Just what I need at this point. THX again.

OK, let me try to make my problem clearer. At this point, I have one site. The title is Crooked Creek. Right under that in my left sidebar crooked creek.live is listed. My question is this: what do you (the reader) type in on your search engine (Google, etc.) to find my blog (blog site)?
I have tried crookedcreek.live and all my past domain names.

Fantastic :) crookedcreek.live is working for me as well. It will take time for Google to index your site. Typically, this process takes 4-6 weeks. More information on search engines is available in this guide: https://en.support.wordpress.com/seo/
Take care!
