Domain name problem

Hello,
My site is finished, I would like to link it to my GANDI domain name, but now I am being asked to pay € 96 for the premium subscription. I would only wish to subscribe to domain mapping at 13 € / year… but I was told on the French forum that this option was no longer relevant.
I admit to being a little surprised, and angry because there is still a huge difference between € 96 and € 13 per year …. Except, when I started my steps with wordpress I had consulted the ‘set of plans proposed before embarking on the creation of my site … And I had not at all planned this budget there in my business creation.
In addition, I now find myself with an unusable domain name at Gandi!Finally, I admit that I don’t really understand because when we look at the different plans offered on the wordpress site, it turns out that the “personal plan at 4 € / month” also offers this option … how is it when they don’t offer me a price there in my basket?

As you said, you need any of our paid plans to be able to map a custom domain. The domain mapping is included in all paid plans.
You do not need to purchase Premium though, Personal plan will also work:https://wordpress.com/pricing/
You can empty your cart and go to My Site>Plan>Plans and click on the tab that says
Blogs and Personal Sites. You’ll be able to add plan Personal from there.
Also note that all our subscriptions are charged annually, rather than monthly.Let me know if you have any more questions regarding that.
