  Is there a way to talk with a real person at WordPress? I need help with my blog URL address. It’s not what I expected when I chose it. Thanks.

  Everyone that helps in the forum is a live person – we are not zombies

  If you want turnthetide.me you need to register the name then map it to your blog – paid upgrades

  turnthetide.wordpress.com/ is taken and not available unless you can contact them and get them to transfer the blog to you

  Or you can choose a different name – you are not allowed to have periods and punctuation in a blog name
