I have renewed my subscription for the domain name artuandelierree.com the 29th of late august, and I’m surprised to find that this domain name is now owned by the website “1and1” and is expired.
Can you please do something for me as soon as possible ?

The domain artuandelierree.com was never registered here as far as I can see. Starting in 2012, you purchased the Domain Mapping upgrade for your WordPress.com site. This is the upgrade that WordPress.com users purchase when they wish to use a domain that they have registered elsewhere.
Where did you initially register your domain?

the problem is that I never registered my domain anywhere, and the domain mapping of wordpress was working fine since 2012.

Your domain would have had to been registered somewhere or Domain Mapping could not have worked.

Is that your name and info listed there?

If that is not your info in the whois data, it is likely that is the info of the registrar itself (as it is an expired domain). As I said, there is no record of artuandelierree.com being registered here.
I would encourage you to contact 1and1’s support team and explain the situation to them.
