Domain Name Purchased Through WordPress

  I purchased TaxTimeTips.me through wordpress and thought it was being hosted and that I owned it. However, I cannot tell I own it and I cannot add any paypal plugins on the site that appears to be hosted. I cannot get a hold of someone on wordpress and I cannot find a resolution anywhere!! Please help with the resolurion
