  Hy,

  Hello, we have just lost the domain name http://www.ecolenotredamearras.com. I wanted to renew it right, but here is the warning : “This domain has expired recently. To retrieve it, please contact support”

  Hi there,

  I’ll be happy to contact the registrar to see if we can restore ecolenotredamearras.com to your account, but we need to move quickly on it because the domain will be entering redemption soon and it would cost much more to retrieve the domain at that point. I will send you a manual payment request form for you to repurchase the domain.

  Hi Anthony,

  I just check the domain and I’m afraid it has already entered the redemption period :( You can check it from here.

  The cost of domain renewal is €18 but, once the domain enters into redemption, there’s an additional fee of $80 that we can’t waive. Here’s more information about this:

  That said, I’ve just sent you an email with the link to the payment. If you decide to go through with restoring the domain, let us know here once you’ve paid and we’ll start the process.
