Domain name recovery

  Hello,

  After buying a domain name, I wanted to switch to the “personal plan”. However, the free domain being normally provided for the first year did not appear when I ordered. So I wanted to start the procedure again and I requested a refund for the domain.
  Now it says “Already assigned by wordpress”.
  How can I go personal plan with the chosen domain name?

  Ah okay. Yes, when you cancel a domain it will go into holding for a bit. Can you go ahead and buy the plan, but skip the domain purchase and then update us here? We should be able to restore it to your account then.
