domain name redemption

My domain has gone either in redemption period, or is in the process of expiring and becoming re-relased. This is something I need to figure out immediately but wordpress doesn’t have the capital to shell out for any form of customer support unless your directly paying for it as a part of your plan.

The most essential and required detail for getting support is the URL: of the domain in question and you failed to provide it.
When you allow your domain expire, it then goes through a process that can take several months to complete described at https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/. If you are in the grace period you will not have to agree to pay a redemption fee set by the domain name registrar that wordpress.COM staff cannot waive.

If you’re logged into the account that is associated with your expired domain, they will look up its status and get in touch with details.
If you are not logged in under the correct username account then clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies prior to logging into the associated account, and provide the domain URL here.

It looks like your domain zebmayer.com expired on 01-mar-2017.
Domain expiration is a lengthy and complicated process that takes about 80 days. During this time, your domain may be put up for auction or sold on back-order. You can learn more about expired domains here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/
The good news is that we may still be able to recover your domain if it has not yet been deleted or purchased by someone else. A late renewal fee of $80 will be added to the regular price of renewal. This fee is charged by the domain registry and is not one which we can waive.
If you wish to continue with the renewal process and agree to pay the renewal fees + $80, please let me know and I will send you a payment request.
If not, you can wait out the rest of the expiration process and see if the domain is released. However, do be advised that this is risky, as someone else can purchase the domain out from under you and it may not become available in the future.
