Domain Name Refund

  I just purchased my domain name a couple of hours ago and did not receive a refund when I cancelled. I wanted to separate the domain and the plan, but was not aware that I purchased the domain name when I purchased the plan. Please confirm as soon as possible that I can receive a full refund of the $99 and the domain will be available again for purchase.

  If you intend on using the domain somewhere else on the web, do not cancel it as it may not be available to purchase elsewhere. You can still use the domain you purchased here on a different website by pointing your name servers to your new webhosting. Here’s more info on that

  Hi there,

  From looking at your account I can see you have cancelled your plan (with domain) and were refunded $99 on 2017-01-23. Refunds usually take about a week to process and show up on your statement.

  You can view, print or email yourself a copy of the refund receipt from your Billing History here:

  If you cancelled your domain name in error and wish to try and get it back, please let me know.
