Domain name refund eligibility?

  I already own my domain name, but purchased the ‘Premium’ package which includes a free domain. Am I eligible for a refund? My domain name (allandnieva.me) is already forwarding to the wordpress site. Please let me know. Thank you!

  Hi there. Your custom domain allandnieva.me is registered elsewhere and forwards to WordPress.com using domain cloaking, which we don’t support. What you could do instead is use the free domain credit included in your Bundle towards a Domain Mapping upgrade.
