domain name reg is not happening…plus my premium theme disappeared…

  Hello. This is a temporary url because I’ve been having major difficulty. I just emailed your tech support a few minutes ago, and the work around I designed is not working either. Ayiyi.

  So. I was trying to purchase sainthelenecraft.com off of your paige, after writing saintehelenecraft in the first box and selecting the “.com” option, and then reclicking all of the other options choosing English, etc, I clicked the big orange button at the bottom. It just reloaded the same page again, as blank. No purchased URL.

  Because I need to get going, I dedided to reg for a wordpress.com url to just get going (and it says I can change my url later), so I did that… but the premium theme I purchased didn’t apply to it.

  I had another blog in my wordpress acount earlier, and the foundry theme linen that I bought was applied to that. I deleted that blog because it wasn’t happening anymore, and now the linen template is gone as well- how do I get it back? I want to apply it to a blog at http://www.saintehelene.com . This should be easy enough, but nothing is panning out right… please tell me what I might be doing wrong or if your domain reg is not happening or whatever else you think might be going wrong.
