  Hi, I have a domainname.wordpress.com but i am trying to start the same domainname.com through a different host but it is saying that it is unavailable. Would this be because I have a .wordpress.com with the same name?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you are asking about littletreasuresphotography.com/ – a squatter has registered it – it is for sale

  auxclass is correct, your domainname.wordpress.com does not have an effect on other domain names outside of WordPress.com. It may be that the domain name you have requested has already been purchased, is in use, or is up for sale as auxclass has suggested, however as this is now not a WP query, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you any further help with this.
