domain name register and seo

  i had free domain name for few weeks then i bought a .com domain name and most of my content is listed under the myxboblog.wordpress.com so i wanted to know if that effects my SEO in anyway.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes, it does. Whenever you change the URL of a blog you start over with a pagerank of zero. If your blog is only a few weeks old, however, it won’t make much difference.
