domain Name registration

  Hello, I acquired my domain name from Go Daddy.com. heartsedgephotography.com.

  when trying to set up a wordpress blog, it says that by paying the 18.00 the “heartsedgephotography.com”
  name will be mine. How does that work ? I already have it registered through Go Daddy.com.
