Domain Name Registration

  I just renewed the domain name registration for The More Sure Word (themoresureword.com). The cost was to be $26.00, but when I made payment with PayPal (Receipt ID: 15332331/PayPal Ref: 0DF54580NE908792W) the charge was only $18.00. Was this the correct amount? Was the domain name registration actually renewed?
