Domain Name REgistration

    Hello,
    We used to own Garfieldjubilee.com which I believe was registered through this account. It seems to have expired. I don’t see any billing history or purchases details referring to that domain name. How can I renew the registration (or re-register)?

    HI there,

    That domain was registered with a different account. The domain also expired on 6 May and has since been removed from our system.

    It might still be possible to get it back, but until the domain completely expires it can only be restored to the account that originally bought it. There is also a $80 recovery fee to restore the domain at this stage.

    If you used a different account with this site, please reply to this thread using that account and I can help you try to get the domain back.

    Otherwise, you will need to wait for the domain to expire completely – another 4 – 6 weeks, and then try to register it again as a new domain. But if you do this you do run the risk of losing it, as someone else can buy the domain when it becomes available.
