Do I need to purchase a separate domain name for my website and purchase another domain name for my blog?

I can see two sites in your account, https://tammyjohnsondesign.wordpress.com/ and https://makecreative.wordpress.com/ Are those the sites you’re referring to?
If you want a domain for each of those sites, you’ll need to purchase them for each site separately.
