Domain name registration problems

    I created a blog called lifecanafrica.wordpress.com reserved the domain name lifecan.ca. A few days later, I purchased the upgrade to pro and when I go to add the domain name, the system says that it is taken. When I try to release it so that I can add it, the system does not let it go. it still says that

    Expiring Will stop functioning on August 28, 2013

    How can I resolve this?

    lifecan.ca is already mapped with your bundle, but the domain itself is not registered. We can only register .com, .org, .net, and .me domains here, so you’ll need to register the domain through another registrar, then complete the mapping by changing its name servers to:

    NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
NS3.WORDPRESS.COM
