    I attempted to repurchase my domain name via wordpress and was unsuccessful. I was able to purchase it via another site and would like to get a refund or transfer my funds so that I can use the domain I recently purchased for my site page.

    I’m sorry about the trouble registering your domain. The domain’s subscriptions had not been removed since it first expired, which led to the error in our system.

    I have now removed the expired subscriptions and refunded the $18 that you were charged. Please note, it usually takes a few business days for a refund to process and appear on a statement.
