Domain name release

    Hello, recently I mapped my domain name artisbay.com to this site and decided to do third party hosting instead. I need you to help me release it. Thank you!

    Hello!

    The artisbay.com domain doesn’t appear to be mapped here, but to ns2.x10hosting.com. You’ll need to go through that registrar and change the domain name servers (DNS) to point to your new self-hosted site.

    Hi artisbay,

    I mapped my domain name artisbay.com to this site and decided to do third party hosting instead.

    The plan you purchased included domain mapping, but that has been cancelled and refunded. There is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

    https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

    As joerepublic mentioned, artisbay.com was registered elsewhere. The name servers for your domain can be updated by your current domain registrar, OpenTLD.
