Domain name renew

  I received an email that my domain name has expired and I need to renew it. When I try to renew it it tells me the domain name belongs to a different WordPress account. I am signed in with the same email address I received the expiration notice on. I don’t know what other account I could have used but I’d like to renew it asap.

  Correct account: Yes

  I see that there are multiple domains on a different WordPress.com account connected to the site you mentioned. The @shanbmoore account does not own any of the domains, so you do indeed need to log into a different account to renew them.
