domain name renewal

I am having problems renewing one of my domain names with WordPress, arimbaud.com. There are two of us who have administrative access to this blog, but neither of us are able to renew it as it says it was purchased by annadenoiles (one of our other blogs). Please tell us how to renew before it expires very shortly! Thanks.

You may need Staff assistance to sort this. The bottom line is that you must be logged in under the username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrade for the blog to renew it.

@katrinapalmer: correct, the upgrade is owned by “annadenoiles”. Please log in as that user to renew the upgrade. If you don’t remember the password to access that account, you can reset your password here: http://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
