Domain Name renewal

  Hi,
  My domain name jules-mitchell.com expired a month ago – I missed the emails!
  I’ve tried to renew it, but my purchases page is empty.
  Whois says its in RedemptionPeriod, meaning I can’t renew it anywhere yet, apart from with the original registrar, ie WordPress.
  Help please!!!

  I’m having the same issue. Trying to figure out what to do to renew the domain…it’s not showing up in my purchases and is in the redemption period. Any help would be appreciated.

  It”s a matter of necessity I’m afraid as I currently find myself without ACCESS to my website ans more urgently important my emails?? Really hoping for a quick resolution.
