Domain name renewal

    I have received several emails to renew or upgrade my domain name for writerofhaiti.com
    I am not interested in upgrading, just renewing. But when I log into my wordpress account I don’t see that option anywhere. Where do I go within my account to process the renewal?

    To renew your domain, follow the faq on renewing on the support page!

    To quote:

    Hi there,

    The domain, writerofhaiti.com, is not registered with WordPress.com and I don’t see it connected to any site on WordPress.com. Are you sure that’s the correct domain?

    Does the email mention a site? What email address is the email coming from, and at which email address did you receive it? Please type each email address on its own line, and it will be hidden automatically but I’ll still be able to see them.
