Domain Name Renewal
-
We have WordPress Premium for $99, which expires on July 13th. We would like to only renew our domain name – http://www.christanglicanchurch.net, and not renew the Premium Service. We have a third party person creating a WordPress website and would like to use this domain name for that website. How do we renew just the domain name and not the premium service?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there!
It looks like you were able to renew just the domain on your own. To be safe, I removed the domain bundle credit from your soon-to-expire Premium upgrade so the two aren’t linked in our system.
It seems you’re all set! Let us know if we can help with anything else.
Cheers!

Thanks. Just to clarify, our domain name: http://www.christanglicanchurch.net is valid for another year to July 13, 2014. Is that correct?

CSConnek: As I said above, the site shows our domain to be valid (paid up) to July 13, 2014. I don’t recall paying for this. Did the premium price we paid last year cover our domain for 2 years? Please ensure that our domain name http://www.christanglicanchurch.net does not expire. We will gladly pay to have this domain renewed for another year. I’m sorry but the dashboard site is confusing. It says that our domain will expire on July 13th…

Hi there, when you recently added privacy to your domain it triggered a renewal for the whole domain since it was so close to expiry, but the payment did not go through. This caused the discrepancy you see – sorry about that. Your domain christanglicanchurch.net was indeed renewed for another year and is now expiring on July 13, 2014.
I’m sending you a payment form by email to allow you to pay for this renewal.
Since your Premium bundle expired and you no longer want it, I’ve removed that from your account so you should now only see the domain upgrade.
Just let me know if you need further help.
