Domain Name Renewal

  Hi there, my domain name which I purchased through WordPress has recently expired. As I tried to renew it, I was constantly redirected to the initial message which said my domain was expired. Now I’ve lost my domain name and don’t know what to do. I want my domain back, but I don’t know how to do that!

  Hi there,

  It looks like your domain might not be in redemption yet, so I’ve emailed our registrar to try and get it back. The Personal Plan you bought yesterday will cover the renewal fee.

  Please be aware, however, that if the registrar lets us know that the domain is indeed already in redemption, we’ll need to pay them an additional $80 fee to get it restored. But I will let you know when they reply.
