  Hi you sent me a few messages asking me to renew my domain name. I’d like to renew it, however I don’t see a link to renew domain name. Where do I renew the domain name?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There are no domain purchases on the account you are logged in to. Which domain do you need to renew?

  I see that I have two accounts. How do I consolidate them into one account?

  That is, I have “tocantins5” and “tocantins512” – Can I merge them into one account? If so, how?

  Hi tocantins512,

  It’s not possible to merge two accounts but you can transfer a site and it’s upgrades to another account (the one you want to keep). Once everything has been transferred, the account you no longer need can be deleted.

  If you tell me which account you want to keep, I’ll advise you on what to do next :)

  Hi gemmacevans,

  I want to transfer tocantins5 to tocantins512, but only if all settings and everything else is transferred intact, that is, I won’t need to redo the formatting work I’ve put into these sites.

  I want to transfer tocantins5 to tocantins512

  The site in your tocantins5 account can be transferred using these steps:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/transfer-a-domain-to-another-wordpress-com-account/

  Once the site has been transferred, you can access both sites by logging in as tocantins512.

  only if all settings and everything else is transferred intact, that is, I won’t need to redo the formatting work I’ve put into these sites.

  None of the formatting or design will change, the site will just be owned by a new account :)
