  I am trying to renew my domain name gandproseevents.com and have been advised that because it is owned by ballaratswapmeet.com I need to provide proof of ownership. As advised I went to ” account recovery form ” and put in a tranaction ID and was advsed to re-set my password which I did… user name [redacted by staff] password [redacted by staff] but it would not go through

  First of all, you should never post your username and password, I’ll page the mods to remove that for you. I advise you change your password.

  Please reply there if you need more help with this instead of creating a new thread.

  And please never post personal details like your password or a transaction ID in the public forums. Your password you should never share with anyone, not even support staff in a private email – we’ll never ask you for your password.
