domain name renewal

  My domain was renewed this morning. It is islandhopco.com. However the site still isn’t listed in My Sites. I cannot access the site to make changes and it is not online. Help!

  Any help you can provide in getting my site up and running would be great – I have paid for the domain renewal and the site is still down. Hosting is still active. Site is http://www.islandhopco.com.

  Thanks for your payment. As I mentioned in my first reply, I need to contact our domain registrar once we have received your payment.

  I contacted them this morning and will let you know as soon as I receive a reply — this is usually 1-2 business days.

  My domain was renewed this morning. It is islandhopco.com. However the site still isn’t listed in My Sites.

  Paying the redemption fee does not instantly restore a domain. When we contact our registrar, we are making a request for the domain to be recovered from redemption. The domain won’t be active again until they have replied and confirmed the domain has been recovered.

  I have some hoppy news! We have been able to recover islandhopco.com and the domain is now active on your account:

  I purchased my free block and domain registration critterhavenrescue.com in January 2017 yet it is gone and this is only august. I need my domain for my 501c3 non profit animal rescue. What do I have to do to get access to it and why is it gone?
