Domain name renewal

  I am trying to renew the domain name for our site, but it says that only the former site administrator can renew it. The former administrator is no longer a part of our group, and he said that everything should have transferred over to me when he left. How can I renew the domain without him?

  To recover the WordPress.com account, you need to have access to the email address associated with that account. Please see this support page on account recovery: https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/
