  Hello,

  I have just realised my website domain name has expired. Can you please let me know how to renew it? http://www.rebeccasturgess.com

  Hi there!

  Not only your domain but also your Premium plan has expired as well. We can recover just the domain for you, however, you wouldn’t be able to make it your primary address, as this is possible only with a paid plan.

  If you would like to keep the domain as your primary address, you can go ahead and purchase any on the plans from My Site>Plan>Plans and let us know here. Since the domain is free for the first year, we would recover it without additional costs.

  If you only wish to keep the domain as your secondary address, the registration fee would be $18.

  Thanks for getting back to me. I have tried to do that but it says ‘this domain has recently expired’ and to contact support. Is there an email address I can contact to speak further about this?
