Domain name renewal failure

  I am trying to renew my domain name and when it trys to process the payment it keeps saying ”Enter first name’ in the top right hand corner.

  All of my personal information is up to date and correct?

  It looks like that domain name was just renewed. Can I assume you got this sorted out? If not, please let me know.
