Domain Name Renewal Help

  I am trying to renew the domain name wyattrealestatelaw.com before it expires on August 30th, but when I click on ‘My Upgrades’ or go to ‘Domains,’ there is nowhere to renew and enter credit card information for the yearly renewal. The ‘My Upgrades’ section says I do not have any upgrades yet.

  I manage several blogs for the law firm at which I work, and had no trouble renewing domains for the others back in May. My contact information is even listed for the account, so I’m not sure what I can do.

  Hello,
  Did you get this sorted out? When I checked the whois for wyattrealestatelaw.com, it shows:

  Registrar Registration Expiration Date: 2016-08-30T13:28:03Z

  It looks as though you were able to renew the domain.

  For the future, the issue is that you are trying to pay for the domain with a WordPress.com account that is not the owner of the domain. This can cause weirdness.

  Yes, I did get the issue resolved. I ended up contacting the domain owner who thankfully remembered the account information, so I was able to renew the domain name. Thanks for your help, though!
