Domain name renewal problem

  I purchased a domain through worspress.com last year and it was up for renewal but I did not get to it in time. Now I cannot renew it for some reason. It is telling me to contact support.

  If you could help me renew the domain I would really appreciate it.

  I would also like to transfer this domain to a new registrar. I believe this has to be done 45 days after the domain has been renewed.
