Domain name renewal problem

  My domain name is about to expire, but when I go to ‘My Upgrades’ there aren’t any options to choose from. In the past, I was able to pay for another year of the domain. When I go to ‘My Domains’ the domain I want to continue, doesn’t show up. All I can see is my primary domain, which has my username in the URL. However, the other domain I have purchased and paid to keep for years doesn’t show up. I don’t know what to do, and would be super disappointed to lose the domain name I’ve built a business around. Help!

  http://www.fitmentality.com is actually the domain name I would like to extend, but, again, it wasn’t a choice for me to choose from for the drop down menu of the my URLs.

  Try logging in as the account that owns that upgrade

  Hi there,

  That domain name is owned by a different WordPress.com account, not your account isaacescoto. As auxclass suggested, you’ll need to log in to the account that owns the domain, and from there you can go to the My Upgrades page to renew it.

  If you aren’t able to log in to that account, or you don’t remember what account owns that domain, please follow the steps in our Account Recovery guide for more help regaining access to the right account.
