Domain Name Renewal Problem

  Hi. It’s time to renew my domain name, and WordPress has sent me a notice, but the Manage Purchases section claims I don’t have a website (I do, but my WordPress membership needs to be renewed). But I can’t make a payment because even though WordPress knows I have a domain name and the site comes up, it says I have no purchases. And it is just telling me to start a website even though I have one! How do I pay and get the site going again?

  Hi! Sorry to hear it. My guess is that you’ve got another account. Can you log out and log in with the account associated with that site? It should be the email address that gets renewal reminders and what not.

  If you’re struggling with that, could you tell us what the domain is?
