Domain name renewal question.

    received renewal offer for domain name from Domain Registry Services of Albany, ny (droa.com). Who are they? I thought my domain was registered with wordpress.com, and renewals are through you. Are their rates the same as wordpress’s?

    Hi Stephen, If you are referring to greenshepherdfarm.com/, you are indeed registered here at WordPress.com. Your domain doesn’t expire until 10/20/2014.

    Unfortunately, DROA is a phishing scam. My recommendation is to delete that note and don’t return an email, so you won’t end up on another of their lists. Sorry you have to deal with them.
