Domain name renewal Redemption period

  My domain name failed to renew due to outdated payment info. Payment info has been updated but the domain name has entered the Redemption period, and I don’t have access to payment option anymore. And auto payment doesn’t fire.

  Could anyone from WP support advise about renewal, or send info/link to proceed with renewal?
