domain name reverted

  A few days ago I (seemingly) successfully mapped a domain name that I own. It worked fine for a few days and now has reverted back to the .wordpress.com address.
  What do I do now? Did I set it up incorrectly?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
