domain name spelling error
-
the domain name that was/is/will be applied to this blog has an error in it, I’m sure it was a spelling error, but it needs to be changed, I’ve searched and searched for a way to reach support, and did not know the “forums” were your support. I kept looking for a support area to submit a ticket.
the domain name should have been tenth<–wallofDefense instead it now reads tent<–wallofdefense
Since this has to be changed and we do have two premium memberships, could we please change it to
the10thwall.com ?
I even tried to find a way to get a refund and simply redo the package, but that is not an option either.
Please advise as to the best course of action.

Go to Store > my upgrades in the dashboard and if it has been less than 2 days, you can get a refund on the misspelled domain name and then register the new correctly spelled name. If it has been over 2 days then a refund cannot be issued (rules of the partner registrar) and it cannot be edited to correct a misspelling.
I’ll tag this thread for staff attention as well.

Registered domain names cannot be changed, so if you’re still within 2 days, you can cancel and refund it following the guide above.
If it’s over 2 days, you’ll need to register the new domain separately.
