Domain name suspended

  Hello, i have a client that has asked me to help him with a website, he forgot to renew it (http://roachtravel.co.uk/) and now its been suspended, he doesn’t know where he can renew it? i have looked at whois and its pointing to tucowsdomains.com who are saying its registered on wordpress.com? I have all his email address to verify that I have permission to do this.

  Hello there,

  When I visit http://roachtravel.co.uk/ it gets redirected to https://roachtravelcouk.wordpress.com/ which indicates it may not be the custom primary domain.

  To set the custom primary domain, this can be done via Upgrades > Domains > Change primary.

  Please note that a site would need to have a paid plan in order to set a custom primary domain.
