domain name transfer

  Hi, I had my domain name with word press as cyndysbootcamp.com I have a new web site designer and she would like to use Go Daddy. I tried to cancel with Word Press but I can’t get the name. They said I should ask you for a transfer number? Thank you Cyndy

  Hi there,

  When you want to transfer a domain elsewhere you should never cancel it as this makes it harder to get it back or register it again.

  I have already contacted our domain registrar and asked them (if possible) to restore your domain as it is now on-hold.
