  Hi there. We have a .com.au domain name and don’t know how to get this transferred to WordPress. We are looking to set up an e-commerce store

  WordPress.com is not an accredited registrar for .au domains, so it is not possible to transfer that domain to WordPress.com at this time.

  If you want to use a .au domain with a site hosted on WordPress.com, you can connect the domain here using our domain mapping upgrade, but the domain registration itself will have to remain with your current domain provider.
