Domain Name Transfer
-
I didn’t realize that I messed up and didn’t buy the proper domain name rights for one of my blogs. The blog was “djrenaissancemanradio.wordpress.com” I deleted the blog not realizing that the rights that I bought several hours ago isn’t connected to this site — so flippin stupid of me.
In the end all I really wanted to do was transfer “djwillpwr.wordpress.com” to another user > use the domain I bought > then point my DNS to the (now deleted) “djrenaissancemanradio.wordpress.com” …
So, because I couldn’t wrap my head around all of this and realized that I would lose the 19 followers of my blog “djwillpwr … ” I stupidly and (now) mistakenly deleted the other site in hopes of just transfering my DNS to “djwillpwr” and mask “djwillpwr.wordpress” with “djrenaissanceman.com” … but, again, I lost my rights to add a unique DNS.
Now I’ve deleted and lost all my rights. Please please PLEASE!! tell me you can help me get back my rights. As you can see I’m an avid user and a leader in my community so I will soon be drawing traffic to WordPress and with the Ads still on my account I will bring in some revenue for WordPress.
Please please LPLEASE help me. Honestly, I can’t really afford to keep dropping $13.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

djwillpwr.wordpress.com is no longer available.
The authors have deleted this site.Deleted means deleted permanently. You had to read and confirm about 3 times along the process that neither you nor anyone else would be able to reuse that URL again. It is gone.
I cannot see that djrenaissancemanradio.wordpress.com has been deleted because it currently redirects to djrenaissanceman.com and that domain is registered at register.com by someone with the initials WS. Is that you? If it is you, you should be able to set up domain mapping for djrenaissancemanradio.wordpress.com following the instructions here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/map-existing-domain/#instructions-for-mapping-an-existing-domain
If I have misunderstood you, I apologize.

I deleted the site after paying for the DNS ($13). I thought since all my blogs are centrally linked to my one email account that my DNS billing information would follow suit and be centrally linked. Turns out that if I buy DNS rights to use a unique domain name for “blog A” via the “Store” then I cannot see these purchases in the “Store” under the same user within “Blog B.” IT DOESN”T MAKE ANY GOD DAMN SENSE. I JUST BOUGht THAT STUPID DNS THING ABOUT 12 Hours ago …… -_-
I’m not yelling at you I’m yelling at WordPress because I haven’t gotten a response and I’m likely to lose my money. Maybe I’ll just pack up and leave and just start over else where or something.

I’ve tagged this for Staff assistance.
Please subscribe to this discussion using the subscribe link in the sidebar if you haven’t already so that you will see their reply. Also, thanks for being patient while waiting as Staff have been at a meetup and there is a large backlog of forum posts for their attention and waiting time may be a bit longer than usual.
Please do not bump this thread unless you have new information to add for them since threads marked for their assistance are handled on an age basis, meaning the older it is, the higher it is in the queue. Bumping pushes it down in the queue.

Hi,
Hope you had a good weekend. It appears that you used a different user account to purchase the upgrade, which may have been one of the reasons for some of the trouble.
In either case, I’ve refunded the $13 and should be reflected in your account soon.
I’ll check out your other ticket in a few minutes to resolve that one as well. I’m happy to help with setting up everything to your liking.
