Domain name transfer

    Hi ,

    I cannot transfer my domain name to my new hosting space I purchased recently.

    Can you help me with that? I am copying the message they receive attempting to tranfer ‘mineva.org’.

    The Request for Transfer alongwith 1 year Renewal of mineva.org through () has been stalled. This is due to the existence of a Lock on this Domain Name at the Current Registrar Wild West Domains, LLC. Please have the Lock removed or ask the Current Registrar to do so. You are left with 6.99 days to unlock the Domain Name after which the Transfer Request will automatically fail. Once the Lock has been removed, open up the relevant Domain Transfer Request email for mineva.org already sent to you and follow the procedure again.
