Hello,
I purchased web hosting with another service provider, but under domains in wordpress is not giving me the option to transfer the domain. Can you please help me with this?

In order to transfer your domain name, you must have an active domain registration that was not initially purchased or transferred within the past 60 days. Shantilayoga.com appears to have expired.
If you want to keep this domain name, it is important that you renew the domain name as soon as possible. Once cancelled a domain name may not become available for purchase through WordPress.com or elsewhere for several months or ever again.
The good news is that while many domain registrars charge a year domain registration fee to transfer the domain name, they typically also extend the registration by one year so you shouldn’t be double paying for the renewal. You can also continue to use the domain registered here with another host by changing the DNS name servers. Here is some information on that:
