I recently cancelled my subscription and am trying to set up another website with the domain name that I previously used through this service. I have cancelled all that I think I can cancel yet it still says that my domain name deckerdence.net is unavailable. Could you please help me to try to get this domain name for myself.Sincerely,

deckerdence.net will remain parked until it’s original expiry date in October 2017. It will then go through the process of being released before it is available to purchase again.
I can restore the domain back to another site in your account if you like? From there, you have the option to transfer deckerdence.net elsewhere or continue to use it here on WordPress.com.
If you would like me to restore your domain, just reply to confirm and I’ll sort that out for you.

I paid for 12 months I thought for my domain critterhavenrescue.com but when I go to my wordpress its not listed on there anymore. How can I transfer the domain name to use on my own, linked to our rescue group’s new website? We are a non profit 501c3 that needs the domain website address for our business or rescuing animals all over the country

@critterhavenrescue- rather than post into an unrelated thread, it’s best to open a new thread so that your issue gets the attention it deserves.
