Domain name transfer to wordpress

  I have a domain name. It’s http://www.victor-manea.ro. Can I use this domain name and use it with the theme and custom design that I bought on wordpress.com?

  what I mean is, can i use instead of victormanea.com victor-manea.ro with wordpress?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can direct your domain victor-manea.ro to your WordPress.com site by purchasing a Domain Mapping upgrade and setting the nameservers to:

  NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

  If you’re not sure how to change your nameservers, you’ll need to contact your registrar for assistance.
