Domain name transferred from Fasthosts to BT, now not working

  Hi,
  I am in the UK and recently changed my domain registrar from Fasthosts to BT. My email service is still provided by Fasthosts, so it is just supposed to be a straight transfer-in of the domain name.
  I have two queries
  – can you please confirm that the DNS records do not need to be changed on WordPress? I have changed these records on BT because BT now owns the domain, and Fasthosts is operating the email. The email is currently working.
  – The website address http://www.eventspectrum.co.uk is not working anymore, because I cannot update the name servers at BT on my own, I have to email them and ask them to do it. However, can you please confirm that the name servers need to be updated by BT as follows:
  NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS3.WORDPRESS.COM
  – because on the DNS page of my blog (under Store/My Domains), it says this:
  “Your nameservers need to be set to NS1.WORDPRESS.COM and NS2.WORDPRESS.COM for these DNS records to work. “
  So I am not sure if I should tell BT to add just NS1, & NS2 or NS3 as well. Please clarify.

  and everything looks great! I checked the domain’s nameservers and they are currently to all three of ours.

  in the interim, BT updated the name servers as above (all three) and so it is working now.
